Getting out into nature, fresh air and sunshine can do wonders for the psyche and the soul, and give you a much-needed break from staring at the same walls for so long. :)

When I feel the same way, I try to do things I usually don't do for fun, i.e. taking a shower or going out for a walk.
Or you can look into a new hobby, like reading or learning a language.
I've recently watched Knives Out. It was a really good movie, very intriguing too. It's not a permanent solution but maybe it'll help you feel entertained for 2 hours at least.
Edit: The Good Place is also fun to watch imo.

I suffered from chronic depression years ago, but slowly recovered to a somewhat more neutral state eventually. When I feel depressed, I try to make myself busy doing something small which takes a little time. Anything like organizing the files in my computer, watching some mini TV episodes or even youtube channels, trying to learn about something new on the internet... And it's hard at first to keep myself occupied, but eventually it gets easier. So keep trying and don't lose hope.

If you have a beach nearby (preferably one with pebbles and stones that wash up), you could always go beach-combing for neat stones and beach glass. I find that if there is a beach with stones, beach glass washes up more often than a beach that is just sand. I find it a relaxing hobby and can give you some exercise as well!

Or pick up a hobby.. I tried so many things to defeat boredom... Ended up getting a wife, kid and now I wish I had the time to be bored.
Also: smoke the herb. Herbs be good to defeat boredom, make things interesting

I'm bored out of my mind recently. Everything is super boring and I don't want to do anything. I can't stop sighing and I'm sure it's annoying my housemates. I wonder if my depression is relapsing... I tried playing video games, watching anime, cleaning up my room etc. I'm still bored to death. Any ideas to defeat boredom are welcome :) I don't really have close friends so I can't ask them
