Honestly, it doesn't matter. If a game was once bundled at they only find out 2 years later, they will retroactively remove CV points for everyone ever having given it over those past 2 years since it was first bundled.
I've given Full-CV games and had the CV removed 12 months later because they found out it was once bundled 18 months before.
If you give a game that's has any CV, your best bet is to keep your fingers crossed it wasn't bundled or given for free "once upon a time", because if it ever was and SteamGifts finds out, well, there's nothing you can do about it.

You can use my tool here to check and follow the change of your Contributor Level. As you already gave more than 600 giveways it could be a little more complex to fill the tool but after that it just required some logic to find the changes that explain your new CL. (most of the time because of MSRP change)
