To add a bit more, you've been neither lucky nor unlucky. As someone else pointed out, odds of winning by entering public giveaways are 1/1000, so you're still 300 or so entries away from winning something. Keep on entering, and you'll get lucky eventually.
But I wouldn't start entering for anything and everything just because you can, there are better things you can do. I generally recommend only entering for games you actually want to play - you'll win less, but each win will be much more meaningful.
Joining [Unlucky 7}(https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/orrR5/unlucky7) is your best bet, it's specifically for those who have won 7 or less games so far, and is how most of us get our first wins.
Giving away more games is very helpful. I know it can be tough, but if you can spare it - such as bundle games you're not interested in, it'll level you up and greatly increase your odds of winning. A lot of people set their giveaways at level 2+, to reward those who give back to the site, and there are about 1/10th as many level 2 users as there are level 1 users - not only do you have more giveaways to enter, but you're competing with greatly fewer people. You're currently at level ~1.91, so you're really close to level 2.
Being more active is very helpful. Check in on the forums, engage in conversations, look for invite only giveaways. You'll get to enter more giveaways with higher odds, and likely end up on some people's whitelist. You may also join some groups that interest you, which again gives you more giveaways to enter with better odds. If you have free time, check out the puzzles - even if you're as bad at puzzles as I am, practically everyone can solve the jigidi puzzles given enough time. :)
Personally, I didn't win anything before I started giving away games, joining groups, and chatting with the lovely folks here. But once I did, the wins started pouring in, and the more active you are the more you end up winning.
And lastly, good luck! Because it's always useful. But it also can be unpredictable - I've gone 6 months without a single win, then suddenly won 2 games in the same month. It all balances out in the end.

You should try the unlucky7 group, you'll get better odds there :)

Also if you're into jigsaw puzzles, take a look at Lugum's Jigidi Advent thread. There are some nice winter jigsaw puzzles and low entry numbers for daily giveaways https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/75PBd/lugums-jigidi-advent-day-22
P.S. Is that your cat? He/she is a beauty!

The biggest thing with it, I've found, is the sheer amount of giveaways, if you enter more giveaways, with lower entries, you chances will obviously be higher. I used to not really look at giveaways and enter into pretty much anything that I was even slightly interested in. I won quite a few games that way. However, Now I've started entering only the giveaways that are on my wishlist or ones that I am 100% interested in (i.e. know I will definitley play and enjoy the game).
Since I've started being evry selective with my giveaways, I have not won a single one. So the reason is likely just due to the fact that I'm entering much fewer giveaways.
But personally for me, I don't care if I don't win, and I would rather have much lower chances of winning something I definitely want to try/ play, rather than just entering to win.
So If you want to win something, I'd say don't be as selective with your giveaways, however, if you are only interested in a few specific games, then just do what you do currently, you never know when you might get lucky!

There was this one guy on here some time ago who said something along the lines of 'I only whitelist people who have entered less the 100 giveaways for each year they've been on Steamgifts'. He had hardly anyone on his whitelist and most of them had never won anything.
It's fine to be picky, but you need to understand that if you're too picky your chances of winning anything from public giveaways will be extremely low.

I'm also very selective about what games I join (only ones I'd actually play) and without joining groups or whitelists you have a very slim to none chance of winning anything honestly. I don't actually expect to win anything anymore, but when it happens it's always a joyous occasion, I spend most of my time on the forum, the GA's are more of an extra.

I joined this website almost 7 years ago meanwhile but I haven't won a single game and I was pretty active. I wondered if it was a normal case or if I just have bad luck.
