Might & Magic : Clash of Heroes

So, I've tried searching the forums, but the only mention I'm seeing of this game is 6 months old. Is this game showing up because of the Ubisoft thing, or is there something else I'm unaware of? If anyone can either tell me outright, or tell me what I SHOULD be searching for, that would be appreciated.

Should be the Ubisoft promo, but i can't find anything definite as well.

Ubisoft promo. It was only for free in few countries(because of price differences) so it doesnt get as mentioned as the others like shoot many robots.

That's too bad. Looks really good, but can't really afford it for full price. :(
