Eww, emulation.
Also, that game was previously released on a system not yet emulated. So no dirty piracy of 3DS games.

XY / ORAS are also 3DS.
And emulation still sucks.

I hate playing games on anything other than the original system, so yes, eww.
And oh no, exclusives. Guess what, not everyone has to cater to your favourite system. How about buy the damn systems and games if you consider them worthy of playing.

No need for emulation to play with basic features, good ol' browser Pokémon times ^^

Emulation is one of the best aspects of PCs IMO, some may disagree, but who cares about them?

I enjoyed playing Super Dimension Fortress Macross in HD (has native widescreen) with 4x internal resolution, etc. on my televison with my HOTAS last night. I think I'll do it again after work tonight.

Can we please have a Pokémon MMORPG on PC please ? It's 2015 already, I mean c'mon ...

Pokémon Shuffle... WTF is this shit? A mobile game full of micro transactions? -___-
Comment has been collapsed.
Oh, a Match-3 ... never seen one of those on mobile.
Coming next: Flappy-Pikachu.

... and it's apparently a micro-transaction fuelled match-3 game.
Cue anti-fanboys calling Nintendo sell-outs who're out to destroy gaming as we know it.

3DS had the game for a few months now, along with another free to play Pokemon game.

Not worth your time. I played this on 3DS, can't play for more than like 5 minutes at a time without being forced to hand over cash. It is somehow even less subtle than Candy Crush.

Wow... even more abusive than Candy Crush? shivers

I played to L150 without spending cash. Uninstalled it on the levels after that though, damn near impossible to beat them.

I didn't spend cash either, I was just commenting on the money crazy lives system. At least in Candy Crush you get to keep the life if you win the level.

I had no problem spending 15 minutes a day then leaving more until another day (or 2.5 hours at the earliest for full lives again).

I personally ended up thinking that the waiting and the time spent turning on and off the 3DS was more work than actually playing the game, but it's cool to see other people enjoyed it.

Its just that even with their paid puzzle games on DS / 3DS, I didn't play for long periods of time. Got more play out of Shuffle than a game I paid $10 for.
Comment has been collapsed.
I do, considering the amount of event-only Pokemon and Mega Stones in the 3DS version.

Not likely to happen. Shuffle had two things going to it as a port to mobile. Free to play and touch based controls even on the original system. The regular titles have always used the pad and always been paid games (and not the cheap ones mobile gamers might get).
I'm not saying its impossible, but if a US$50 Pokemon game appeared on mobile, would people buy it or ***** about the price?

Ah. Also unlikely. This stuff is probably experiments for their planned mobile stuff in the future.

in my opinion this is what project NX is, some kind of mobile divece by nintendo, somethinl like the n-gage but i hope good

Pokemon Shuffle is quite an out-of-place title among the bigger Nintendo titles on my 3DS but I guess this is one of the first mobile apps N is going to experiment on.
And about Pokemon titles on non-Nintendo platforms - the TCGO is a big title not to be forgotten

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you too. Fool me three times, I'll burn your f**king house down, bitch. Ain't no one messing with the bear/thunder!

RIP Nintendo. I remember when they actually cared for what they did. Now they only say they do.
Wii U has been out for 3 years now and nothing interesting shown about Zelda, no "real" Metroid or Mario, no F-Zero, MH4 only on 3DS. Even the new IP Splatoon, while fun, is just a team shooter, like the other gazilions team shooters.
Go Reggie, keep working those 16 hours a day and get easy income, the share holders will be happy.

RIP Nintendo, even though this game is published by the Pokemon Company.

Nintendo started dying since the cube, only melee saved it, the wii was a nice gimmick, they sold systems but absolutely no games, everybody was happy playing Wii sports!. Now expensive tablets from the 2004 was the words idea since a 3d system in full red colors.

Mobile.....
Well at least they tried. I would like to see some real Pokemon game on PC, I mean something big.
Game Freak could make a lot of money from ranked/competitive if games were on PC, Pokemon franchise on competitive could be that great like in Dota 2 for example, obviously if they cared more about making it a real competitive game, in current state and only available on portable consoles they won't go far. It's great lots of ppl still play it, but I think they could make it better.
But go explain them that mobile is not the way to go, their logic is "mobile is making a us a lot of competition for our portable console, so let's do a little mobile game".

Speaking of Pokemon Shuffle, why am I still playing this game?
Comment has been collapsed.
Just a heads up for people who've found Shuffle somewhat appealing but couldn't be bothered with the 5-hearts-or-pay-us thing – give Pokémon Link: Battle! (Trozei successor) a chance. It costs ~7€ here and you can play it how much you want. The gameplay is a bit different, you be the judge if for the better or worse.

What a tragic case of blasphemy you are committing right here, in front of all the children. But there's still a chance for you – leave your false god behind and only use your 3DS as intended – playing Link: Battle, chatting on Facebook and watching Kirby anime.
