Best way to clear Steam wallet leftovers?

I have 2 cents left in my account, and for some reason it's bugging me to no end.

What is the best way to clear the amount? Assuming I would have to pay more money to get it out. :O

In Russia, you can use qiwi for adding free amount of money. I think you can use Xsolla terminals
