I haven't used the site in years, but I think support ended a very long time ago and it was just left open for people that want to use it at their own risk instead of shutting it down. It's kind of like the wild west. Need to make sure you do your research and be very careful about who you trade with if trading anything of substantial value. I pretty much just used it to trade leftover bundle games for other leftover bundle games, which doesn't have much risk.

Are there any active moderators/admins on Steam Trades? I've seen plenty of scammers are still active on the forums and nobody is taking any actions. Is there anybody you can complain to when getting scammed apart from leaving a negative review?
