Just a little note that Metro Exodus briefly became one of the highest selling games on Steam before it was pulled as everyone and their cat panic pre-ordered it.

They had to give away the first game to make me play it (pretty cool, but very limited replay value. a product of its time, I guess). this time it won't be any different.

I don't buy any game that has Denuvo, so changing to epic store is irrelevant for me.

I didn't pre-purchase it and honestly I'm just slammed with backlog right now. RE2 is awesome, and I need to get around to Hat in Time and Thronebreaker before Sekiro comes out. I could see picking Exodus up on a sale as an impulse buy, but it's not really the storefront that's holding me off from that. This year is hella busy with cool games and I know Exodus is going to require a lot of time to play through.

And I also know it for sure, that I will never buy anything from Epic Games from now on. Not that I ever bought anything before. But things are clear. Unfair play from Epic with bribery and monopoly means that I won't support such thing.

Ill just wait the year and get it on Steam. Massive backlog as it is, and I just dont like the Epic store. I mean, Im one of those weirdos that actually likes the Origin client, and I dont mind Uplay, but the Epic one is way too bare-bones for me to use if I can just wait and get it somewhere else lol

I have such a massive backlog on Steam that Epic Game Store is of no interest to me other than logging in every two weeks to get the free game giveaway. Personally though I would rather not have to use yet another launcher anyway, so anything exclusive to them I can probably skip anyway.Who knows if I'll ever even get around to playing the free games they're giving away that I don't already own but I'd rather get everything regardless.

I didn't prepurchase it and I won't buy it anywhere. It's not my cup of tea at all. And if it were, I'd just pirate it and won't feel guilty: why should I care about ethics if both the store and the publisher obviously don't?

Funny thing Metro was at top of the sales list. Maybe most of the buyers - CIS customers..'cause what we have here tells another story.
