A couple of points on making a brief:
"All used stuff need to be free to use (don't use stuff that might give me problems)"
By this I presume you mean artwork and images within the public domain, or on an easy and free CC licence / actually created and owned by the person submitting. You should describe that more accurately and link to both good examples and clear definitions to avoid issues.
You should also make clear your intentions of use and that you understand submission does not qualify as a copyright handover.
"I need the picture digital. I might ask you for different resolutions and stuff"
You need to state the actual maximum size you want.
You cant blow up an image thats too small without losing a lot of quality (unless its a piece of vector art, but even then you may have issues with various formats, format settings and software). Secondly, asking anybody to resize something after theyve done it is a bit of a time waste unless they simply need to crop / reduce it.

no doubt some will know, others will guess, others still will remember... but theres always gonna be a headache (user causing one) unless yer clear on these things.

I never made it past the potato stage in my drawing phase but just wanted to say last year's event was awesome and as a newbie, it really made me appreciate the SG community beyond just the GA perspective so thanks and good luck!

Hi, my name is Chris Tucker and you might remember me from movies like "oh my gosh he hide some 🥚" or the "This dude can't count the days to christmas" episode 1 and episode 2...JK.
As you may know (or not know) with the help of some Users I created two different Christmas Calendars in the last 3 years... I would like to do it again but: the creation of the event will be an event too...
I need someone to draw an Christmas-Calendar.There are the following rules
If you want to add doors: doors should have the (exact!) same size (it would be okay if door 24 will be bigger) (I'll later add an Animation that will open the door)
You don't have to create doors, every picture would be good. It just have to be Christmas-related.
Why should you do it?
The winner will not only be named in the calendar and collect tons of bluehearts, you will also get a game from your wishlist up to 40€.
How can I win?
Post your picture here or send it on steam till the end of october. A little vote will start at november first and will be open till November 10ths.

The picture will still be yours and you keep all the rights on this picture. You just allow me to use it in this single calendar and only if your picture will win. I will not use the picture to gain any money in any way, there will be no adds or anything on the picture or on the page the calendar is used on. You will be named as the creator of the image. The image will only be used on the calendar. You can ask to remove the picture anytime you want.
