Well it's sad also when you host a giveaway, emailed the gift, notified the winner and doesn't accept it. (and yes this is a different giveaway) :( Thought increasing giveaways to level 3 would decrease issues but so far it only made more.

You know what's sad? When you've never won a giveaway in your life and when you finally win it you never recieve it ( yes only 3 days have passed but feels like forever xD). That's the true definition of sadness :(
