Region Restricted Giveaways: South East Asia

It's not a problem checking if giveaway is valid by trying to fetch it, and in case of error (group / region lock) make it possible to add it anyway stating that details can't be fetched, as long as giveaway is not in the database yet.

ArchiBoT does exactly the same thing, it has many different statuses for giveaways:

            Unknown, // Should never happen
            Begins, // Giveaway didn't start yet
            Running, // Giveaway is running
            Ended, // Giveaway has ended, not all winners are known yet
            Finished, // Giveaway has ended for good, all winners are known
            Removed, // Giveaway has been removed
            RegionLocked, // Giveaway is region locked, we can't check it
            Blacklisted, // We're blacklisted, we can't check it
            NotFound, // Giveaway of given ID was reported to be not found by SG
            NotWhitelistedOrInGroup, // We're not allowed to view that, we can't check it
            TryAgain, // SG timed out
            InternalError // We can't parse the giveaway, should never happen

Notice that only 3 statuses forbid us from seeing details, and blacklist can be easily worked around by not logging in (in case of invite only giveaways). SGT doesn't use session anyway so it can't be blacklisted.

So yes, I can't see how lack of details is a problem in case of SGT. In worst case user would be able to generate links for already finished giveaways...

Can you explain to a non-Asian how the sentence/half-sentence 'haha' works? I'm really curious, also in regards to whether all cultures in SEA do that..
