You are but you have to specify in the description which DLC's are in the giveaway. I remember it being a bit thing a while back when Magicka Bundle was available on Amazon but with like half DLC's and people were asking support constantly about it. They said it's okay but one has to specify in the description which DLC's are available in the giveaway Magicka bundle.

So it's okay to do that unless something's changed.
