Next time put your GA for ppl with level 2 at least, to mostly avoid these problems, for now you can provide proof to support that you sent the game, or try to contact the winner if he won't ignore you.

already contacted the support have to wait now for a reply
they should ban people like that (permanent) ...
he deleted me right after ... and he dont care

remove this screenshot from the forums (it's ok to send it to support), as it breaks "no calling out" rule.

its a steam account
i would understand if its a facebook account "no calling out"
but its just an gaming profile with false data ... anyways i removed the link

i know its a bad example but you also wouldnt protect a murder or thief

it's a steam account that can be easilly linked to his SG account (for example using Enhanced Steam) and you are not allowed to call out other site users.
