Good Idea?
--- Hints ---
Hints to be added infrequently based on how many people ask for them
- You cannot reach the GA via mobile. It must be through a PC.
- This will help you, if not now, for future threads. It is in the 2nd section. There is no encryption, no 'data' to sort through, just need to find the hidden pieces.
- Be sure to pay careful attention to this post! It'll help you out a lot in your attempts to get on the train.
--- Update 1 ----
Train is now completely set up and running. Keep an eye out for the key!

Really, now?! You must have a special app for it, cause my browsers don't let me do it on mobile

I used to use something called a bookmarklet. But it got broken a few iOS updates ago. Now I use a free browser extension. It's not as good as the old one (or the paid ones) but it will do.

I feel like there was a feature like this before or unless that was from a plugin I had at one point?
Comment has been collapsed.
This used to be a feature in the old design available on the GA page.

Huh, maybe that's why this popped into my head. I though I'd seen it a while ago too.
Maybe CG had to cut back on it because of sercer problems?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking but I did use to use SG+ long long ago as well so I wasn't sure, thanks :)

You used to click on the game logo on the old site, and rather than taking you to the Steam page, it would take you to a game page on this site showing you active giveaways, along with other stats about those giveaways. Then from THAT page you could go to the steam page.
I really really miss that. It made it really easy if you found a game you were interested in to enter all the active ones in short order. Shame it was removed :(

I actually think that would be a good idea. Never underestimate lazyness.

I'm lazy so I would like to see this implemented ^^

or you could just use the search function?
p.s. I give up

Glad I've seen you do this type of train before; I was very confused the first time.

I am very confused.
/me doesn't even try.
At least I like the suggestion, so not a complete waste! ;)

Haha I'm gonna need to find a new way to hide trains! There is a new trick in here, but nothing too awful

Thanks for the bump! I'm not sure why I'm doing this to you, but it started and now I can't stop it

I can't look away. I'm seriously stealing those gifs. XD

Bump and meow for hidden things.

I sincerely hope this is how you felt when looking for the hidden things xD

Thank you kindly for the bump! Hope you were able to solve the mystery :)

Thank you for the train. It seems that I have all the pieces of the mystery but maybe I am not using them in the right way. :)

Well... I'm going to wait for more hints :S. Bump xD Thanks anyway, and good idea for the "Auto Search" :P

I'll let you know when I update the post with hints :)

Well, thanks for the hints i try something but nothing seems to make sense. When the GA is done please let me know the answer so i can learn something new. :)

Were you able to find it in the end? If not, I'll leave a message about how to find it once I leave work :)

Found the train but I'm blacklisted. Ah well... have a bump anyway. Also I don't think you need to post hints for this one, it's easy.

try this userscript
it adds search function in giveaway list and inside of the giveaway. And it adds search box in navbar too.
Is it just me who is missing one hidden letter?
EDIT : I found it. Damn, it is well hidden.

FOR SEARCH BUTTON CLICK BOTTOM
I can't imagine this would be difficult to implement, but it's entirely unnecessary and just a suggestion.
Add a button next to the Steam and Hide buttons that allows you to instantly look up all other GAs of the same title.
So if I saw something that I thought might be rare, I could easily look up others.
Yes, I could just type in the name of the game in the search bar, but I'm not here to talk about what has been done, I'm here to give a suggestion damnit!
And there's definitely a train in here. Just look around :)
===============================
Thanks very much to lainverse for this simple solution!!!
It adds exactly what people want!
