These giveaways were from humble charity. You can get there whole bundle of Warhammer games for decent game. You can check it on your own, cause you cannot order giveaways suited for you ;)

You can't ask users to make a giveaway for you. You need to wait for it to pop up on the main page, see link for private giveaway in the forum or see it as part of the group you belong to.
