Right click on any game in your library ► Define categories ► Tick the "Hide this game from my library" box.
To see your hidden games, click on "Games" in the top left corner (next to the search bar), then in the drop down menu, select Hidden.
Should be at the end of the list. If it doesn't appear, it means you have no hidden games.

Right click game --> Set Categories --> Hide this game in my library (checkmark)

You can now delete games from your Steam library, not just hide them.
"Support" -> "Games, Software, Etc" -> [Game you want deleted] -> "I want to permanently remove the game from my account"
And the game will be gone forever.
So if you've got Garry's Incident in your library (why?), that's the way to get rid of it. People will never know you had that game.
