Mistakes happen, but that key has already been activated, the winner got a suspension for not reading the rules and you won't get any CV, this is STEAMgifts after all

Yep, it's unfortunate, but you both broke SG rules. For further reference, they're documented in the FAQ and Guidelines. You might also expect a short suspension or warning for giving away a non-Steam redeemable gift.

So my very first gw was for ac3.i didn't know the rules so i gifted the winner a key for uplay.he marked it as received at first.a few days ago he marked it as not received.he says now that he got suspended for 7 days from sg.since the game is not on steam he marked it as not received !
should i leave it or contact support ?
