invalidated =/= revoked. invalidated key means that key can no longer be used to add the game to the account, but users with keys previously activated keep the game. It's for example the same thing that Star Ruler 2 dev did regarding latest BS Killer Bundle - they invalidated unused keys, but people who activated game still had it in their accounts.

- MAV was added to your Steam wishlist prior to August 27, 2016
- Level 3+ contributor here
- no re-gifts, unactivated gifts, or multiple wins for the same game here
- no giveaways made for free games (that may have slipped under the radar)
- no VAC ban on Steam
- clean trade rep (if you trade)

He asking for BASIC requirement. Clean rep, no vac, no ga frees, no regifts, public Steam.. totally basic things. If u rlly want MAV u have game on wishlist and level 3 is nothing. So by me its not much. :)
