Why don't you allow VAC banned profiles?

Hmm, you know I've never really put a whole lot of thought into it. Generally when I think of VAC banned profiles I think of online cheaters and that is kind of crappy for a community that is supposed to be all happy go lucky and giving stuff away freely. I mean, I give you a game you cheat in it, then you can't play it online anymore. Vs someone that doesn't cheat and can play forever. Etc. Hope that explains it if not I'll try again :)

Voila the train is here as promised, like I said content is a bit meh but alas better than nothing! Also only one SGTools roadblock instead of 10k. Be sure to bump if you ride!
