I have a question about PayPal and their transfer fees

Does being verified / unverified change them at all, or is it only dependant on region? Whenever people pass me cash, it seems they pay a few cents for funds, while I'm paying a dollar or two to move the same amount.

Fees depend on the source of the funds. If you have paypal funds, it's much cheaper regardless of your region. It's a first rule.

Secondly, it depends on a region. For USA source account, it's much cheaper for some reasons. While for my IDR source account I pay much more although I transfer the same amount.

Could be worse you could live in EU Zone 2 or if you were lucky you in Russia where games were dirt cheap.
