If a key's been exploited, then we can't take the risk. We have no way of knowing if it's legitimate or not (or if there is a way, it's far too time-consuming for the number of mods there are) and if we start giving away cracked keys, then Valve and the developers of those games would crack down hard on this site, likely destroying it.

If it is a legitimate key, the only thing to do is give it to a friend, I'm afraid.
