Are there like admins for this website? Or officers or whatever? And can someone please link me to their accounts. Thank you.

If it's about negative trade feedback, prepare to wait for a long time.

You can't have it. Also there's no login email since we log in with Steam's OpenID.

Only email people register here is the one that can be used to send gift. In order to have it you'd need for that person to win one of your giveaways.

Report on SteamRep and move on. Next time don't trade with someone who has so many red flags to his profile.

but what is the person has won a giveaway (not my giveaway)?

Only the creator of the giveaway has the email, you'd have to ask him.

However, I don't recommend doing it...

Hmmm, are there no rules that forbid the abuse of the email provided?

In my country there are laws with respect to that, at least

That's why I don't recommend doing it. That could be considered harassment or inappropriate behaviour even if there's no rule about email on SG.

I recommend OP just let go of the person who scammed him and just report him using the provided tools (on Steam, SteamRep and SG).

Just curious - what has that person done to deserve to be "thought a lesson"? You don't have to give any links or names (that would also be against the "calling out" policy), just a brief explanation would be interesting to read.

The fact that he might read is not a problem,

but publicly linking his profile would break the "no calling out" rule.

Yes, doing that would be a no-no.
