Only the creator of the giveaway has the email, you'd have to ask him.

However, I don't recommend doing it...

That's why I don't recommend doing it. That could be considered harassment or inappropriate behaviour even if there's no rule about email on SG.

I recommend OP just let go of the person who scammed him and just report him using the provided tools (on Steam, SteamRep and SG).

Just curious - what has that person done to deserve to be "thought a lesson"? You don't have to give any links or names (that would also be against the "calling out" policy), just a brief explanation would be interesting to read.
