So I have many tickets opened, where I report certain behaviours of users such as regifting, multiple wins, et cetera, et cetera. Every day or two I enter all of those tickets and check if the users is already suspended, if so I close the ticket myself. But, some days ago I started to think, if I should actually close those tickets, as maybe, the user was suspended for something else?

So, the question is, if several people report one user for the same thing and that user will get suspended, will all of the tickets be closed by the support?
If not, how do I know if someone has already been banned for a thing I report him for?
Should I just still close the tickets myself, when I see someone suspended?

Thanks, you reminded me to go through my user reports and close the ones in which the user were permanently suspended.
Have a bump.

Thing is, they aren't always permanently suspended. Usually it's a few days-weeks suspensions, which leaves me guessing on the reason of it.

I don't think they have a filter to see all reports concerning an user. They can see all tickets created by an user, but not all the reports concerning one.

The mods have been asking for a system that bundles user reports together for a long time

So I guess, I should just go on closing the tickets on my own, when someone gets suspended?
What about the previous suspension recognition? Is there/Will there be any kind of wall of shame accessible for the users?

Sometimes, if a moderator gave the suspension. We can search the tickets by username and see them all, if we think/know there are multiple for the same user.

If not, how do I know if someone has already been banned for a thing I report him for?

You don't really. But if a moderator is suspending (not support, as they can't see User Reports), they've likely covered everything and checked their wins.

Ok then, so I guess I'll just keep closing the tickets of the suspended users :(

That seems best. Of course, if you find a new offense, feel free to make a ticket for it. Support staff can tell if a recent infraction has already been dealt with or not.
