Some people write their "rnd" value here. If you're lucky you find yours in the answers above. Otherwise you could write your value, maybe someone had the same. If not it is not possible as far as I know.

If you do it on the desktop app it should show you an install window for this game

It doesn't though. I gives me the product already owned message, but after clicking finish it doesn't give me an install window. It just gives me a pop up saying: Steam failed to install (connection time out)

That happens to me always when the game I try to activate is already in my library, but has been removed from the Steam store, maybe that's the case here as well.
