Just to be safe you have to create a ticket in the Other category requesting additional giveaway slots.
It might also be a good idea to mention you understand how the site works now.
Not sure how long it will take. This is a very easy ticket to adress but since it's in the Other category it might get buried under more complicated stuff.

I accidentally created three distributions during registration, and deleted them because they are wrong, now I can't create real distributions, writes that it is impossible, wrote to support, there is no answer for more than a day, how long will I have to wait?
