Trying to find one below 55€ in price, I fucking hate towers they look ugly as fuck if you ask me but no way around them...

Getting a big tower so there should be plenty of space, probably this one (220 mm wide).

I still have my crappy motherboard (FMP55), getting a Z87 in some months, shouldn't really matter much though.

Any coolers you can suggest for overclocking a 4770k which is for 1600 MhZ ram stocked to use 2000 MhZ without decreasing base clock too much?

Overclocking doesn't help much, to be honest, especially OC ram. I have 4770K, it is powerful. Comparing it with my amd 1100T, it clearly reduces the image rendering time to half of time that 1100T needs. However, for haswell CPU, K is not necessary. I tried to OC it from 3.9GHz to 4.4GHz with increasing voltage. It was successful but damn the temperature went insanely high and air cooling is simply not able to handle that level of heat.A good water cooling system is a must I am serious, it is a must, never OC 4770K over 4.2GHz on air. I don't feel a difference between @3.9GHz and @4.2GHz. Later, I even disabled turbo boost to reduce the heat and increase stability.
BTW, OC ram from 1600MHz to 2000MHz doesn't increase your system performance a lot, what it does is very tiny. And I don't think you need a haswell cpu with K, get a xeon e3 1230v3 instead.

I am positive I want an overclockable CPU.

What air cooler did you use when attempting to OC to 4.4?

cooler master hyper evo 212, I OC it to 4.4GHz and it got overheated when using prime 95 to test the stability. The temperature went over 100 degree and encountered blue screen. Other than that, it was ok. Dude, before I tried to OC it, before I bought it, I was positive as you are right now. But if you do some search online, you will know that haswell is not designed for OC and the OC ability is not good as ivy bridge CPU. For gaming, even i5 4670 is enough. Buying 4770K only for gaming ans daily use is pretty waste. I've played battlefield 4, and when I played BF4, the cpu usage was never above 60%. My advice: 1 No need to OC hardwares, that is only causes the reduction of life span and less stability. 2. If you really want to OC them, for CPU, forget about air cooling, water cooling is a must. For haswell cpu especially i7, no water cooling, no OC, simply as that. 3. Buying a good haswell CPU for OC is totally a gamble. As far as I know, some people have 4770k can be OC to 4.5GHz and voltage is 1.25V or 1.3V while some people have 4770K need over 1.3V to achieve 4.4GHz. The worst 4770K I saw was that the stock voltage chosen by mo-bo was 1.2V.

I have a i7-860 @2,86 without any OCing and playing Battlefeel 4 with a GTX 770 and new 200 MhZ 2x4 gig Crucial Ballistix Elite Ram, I am getting shit ton of stuttering on Ultra, less on high but it's still there.

That is inacceptible, Since I already replaced my Graphics card with the EVGA GTX 770 and my old ram with new ram the CPU or motherboard bust the the reason shit is not working. I even got an SSD and put ONLY battlefeel on it, loading times are sweet as fuck but still having stuttering.

Since the 1156 socket is old as fuck and my mobo is a piece of shit as well getting a new Mobo and CPU is required, I don't settle for non i7 CPUs and I want to use my 2000 MhZ Ram properly. Before I was thinking about getting the 4771, but since the multiplier is locked there I want the 4770k instead, since the performance is the same and the price difference is only 10 €, which is fine.

My i7 with 2,86 non boost speed is never above 70 % activity neither, but if you claim your non boost 3.5 GhZ processor was at 60 % which means it was roughly using 0.6*3.5 = 2,1 where for me it was using 2.0 it seems like there is definately some potential there, plus I want to get some top notch gear to actually stick with.

I will consider getting a water cooling solution, I hope complet water cooling is fine, I saw some pretty cheap 120mm water cooling by cooler master for 45 €, perhaps I will save up money to get a 2x140mm solution or a 2x140mm one.

dude, cpu usage is about process time, it is not about the percentage of frequency. So basically you cannot just calculate it using 60% * 3.5GHz and get 2.1GHz there. Lagging, or stuttering is not only about CPU or GPU, you run a game on a system. What I was telling you is what I experienced in real life. 1.You really don't really need 4770 especially 4770K, go for xeon e3 1230v3, which the performance is the same and it is cheaper and more stable since xeon's firmware is designed for 24-7 use server. 2. Haswell cpu is not good at OC. Adding voltage causes unstable situation and massive heat. For haswell cpu, turbo boost is enough. 3. No good quality water cooling, don't oc haswell cpu. 4. OC does have potential, but I am here talking about real life difference, such as reducing rendering time, increasing in game frame rate not just get higher score or higher numeric value. So I say, for haswell CPU, for 4770K, OC doesn't make a huge difference as you expect. Believe or not, you can simply buy a 4770k and oc it, see if I am right or wrong.

I will consider what you are saying, it will be like 2 months before I can get a CPU anyway, this was just for a cooler which I could afford now, since I have a LGA 1156 and my next CPU should be a LGA 1150 or LGA 2011 and almost all coolers are compatible with all 3!

The price is good and the only one I found to look better was the HAF X Nvidia edition, which costs 85 € more...

2 200 mm fans with blue leds and a 120 mm fan preinstalled? Below 20 db noise? Space for another 200 mm on top and side? WIndow? Dust filters on every fan spot?

The case is pretty awesome if you ask me!
