So im buying a used Ps3 fat 60gb for 100$ is that a fair offer and is there somthing what i need to ask the owner(important things)

Are you thinking of Jailbreaking, because otherwise i would go with the one with a better cooling system and more than 60GB

If you want to save some money you can buy one with a low amount of gb and buy an hdd on amazon.

Ps1 games yes, the ps2 I don't know for sure maybe you have to buy them from the playstation store.
For 100$ i hope you get some games too.

As far as I know few first moders of PS3 actually had a backward compatibility. Lucky, you should ask him for sepcific model number and then check on the internet if this version really can do that.
