If anyone enters your giveaway without passing SGtools filter - they will be marked as SGtools rule breakers. And if you report them - they will be banned from passing SGtools filters for few months (I think).
That's why it may be better to not report any "unwanted" entries in your giveaways, if you give link that circumvent filter on your own :P

It's problem with the game from what I can see.
Key you get (from this recent free game giveaway) activated Black Desert, with 836620 appID. However, when click on game store link from your /all games page on Steam, it redirect you to to game you won - Black Desert Online with 582660 appID.
Giveaways were made for 582660 appID. And in library you have 836620 appID. That's why SGtools marks it as inactivated win. AppID of the game you won does not match appID of the game in your library.
It will be problem of all other users that won this game recently, before knsys adds this to SGtools whitelist.

This is not valid, as we (as a support) do not accept custom rules to enter GAs.
If you want to delete giveaway after it has already ended, you will need to have winner permission to do so.

As MSKOTOR pointed out, this isn't actually allowed (unless it's in a group where that's the rule), and is completely not binding.
A much better way to say it is, "I hope you will allow me to delete any giveaways where the key does not work and I don't have a substitute." People tend to react better if asked to be kind and do something rather than being told to do something.
