I have been trying to get the Battlefield Bad Company 2 Spectact kit but it says that I do not have it in my library, but yet I do. My setings have been kept on public but its a no-go. Can anyone help?

I've got it figured out now, thanks anyways. I couldn't find the sync and then it didn't work.
