If I'm not mistaken, getting the full bundle is less expensive than buying the base game plus the DLCs on sale so yes, it's a good deal. If you're interested in that game, of course.
As for myself, already bought UFS a while ago and I have two DLCs so it's a pass.

Not convinced to such games. For me it is pass. But this bundle looks like a T1 or T3 (no middle ground). If someone wants to try a game it is T1 - if someone knows she wants the game it is T3.

I'm not into fishing or hunting, but I approve of this trend of bundling the base game + all DLCs for much cheaper than it would cost to get them on steam.

The non-VR version and the VR version using separated server. The Non-VR version has more server population, it is more lively than the VR version. Both can activate or deactivate VR in the game by simply buying the VR DLC or disable the VR function in the option in the game.

Fishing adventure was recently in Fanatical bundle, costs $0.5 now on sale, and geneally allows you to check out if you even enjoy computer fishing. Also, no dlcs to worry about.
Without a hint of regret, I'll have to decline.
