how can i see on steam my latest buys

Is There is a place on steam that show all my buys? Or the buys of last month?

or go to your library and click 'recent'.

That includes played as well so depending on library size, how much you play and whether you've idled for cards it might be no use at all.

If you click on your steam wallet amount, in the top right of your client, it takes you to your purchases screen.
From there, you have two options:
1: View Purchase History [Recent Steam store purchases]
2: View Licenses and Product Activations [Recent key activations and free game purchases]
