And depends you might or might not receive the game. Be sure to check your email (spam included) to see on the small possibility that he did sent you the gift.

Edit: From the guy's profile you linked (3 giveaways created, none received, registered 18 hours ago) it looks pretty positive that you're not getting the game, sorry.

Maybe they're a decent person who got banned for something "innocent" (as in, doing something dumb rather than malicious) and will follow through with the gift. That's probably unlikely, but not entirely impossible.

All you can do at this point is wait. Reporting them won't do any good since the worst punishment the mods can apply is the banning they've already got, so it's just going to come down to what they decide to do.
