I wanna assume this is fake, but this guy has been a friend of mine for a while, and he usually participates in betas and alphas for things. For example- Battleblock Theater, Castle Crashers, and some others

to play a 'non-steam game' you add a shortcut of anything to steam, then name it anything you want. So yea, it's fake. The name that it displays indicates nothing beyond that is what he chose to name that program himself.

I think that we would have heard something by now so I'm going to guess that this is not real. And besides they are way to busy trying to bring Wolfenstein back for no good reason to work on Fallout.

You can change the title to any non-steam shortcut to say whatever you want lol I trolled people on my list while I was playing GTAIV... I just changed the name to GTAV. Its fake.
