Problem with gift...

How would I give the gift to someone else that entered for it? I won the giveaway -
( https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/7GRs5/gameguru-mega-pack-2 )
& I entered the code on steam, it says I already own it yet I synced steamgifts with Steam yesterday I think.
I added the person who gave it away on steam but they never responded to my request.

I didn't know this when entering, so any feedback is welcome thanks.

just post in the thread that you already own it and forgot to hit sync and ask for a re-roll yourself. The giveaway creator then will submit a re-roll ticket
