I won a game, but the key has already been used

got the cd-key, and steam says its a duplicate code, what should i do now?

Contact the creator of the giveaway and ask him for a replacement key. Maybe they pasted the wrong one by mistake.

If they do not provide a new key within a week, mark the giveaway as not received and move on.
