Steps:

Put your info and click submit.
You will get a promo code for Amazon.
Add the game to your cart on Amazon and apply the code.

Some users are reporting not getting any code, others get a message saying that the codes are all gone for now and some are still getting codes so you're mileage may vary.

it isnt a thief code, it is a discount code, you actually have to buy the game and apply the discount code.
pretty straight forward.

Yeah, I was right... So it's only for those who have a credit card and those who live in the USA.

At least, a wizardry friend of mine (not from the USA) helped me a bit, but I do believe those not from the USA would require a proxy or somesuch. Sad.

All you need is a valid US adress (I used one of an Apple store in Santa Monica) and a real credit card. No proxy required.
