If I recall correctly, Dragon Knight Saga = Developer's Cut. I remember searching this because both were in my library and people said they were the same game but that in the Developer's Cut you can input some cheat codes or whatever.

They first renamed ego draconis in dragon knight saga (in 2011 i believe, which had the expansion FoV included) so this was the first updated version of ego draconis.

Dragon Commander it's a different game, is set in the same universe but takes place in a distant past, so it's not a sequel of divinity II.

All the developer cut has extra is the ability to use developer tools, Dragon Knight Saga already includes both expansions ...
