The gifter knows best and can provide a solution or not or have the giveaway deleted.

Comment in the giveaway, attaching the screenshot and tell the giveaway's creator what happened. Ask them for a replacement. If they do not provide a replacement, either allow them to delete the giveaway or create a support ticket to change the feedback to not received.

I recommend just creating support ticket to change feed back.
