I can't find any of those Steam Games in the Drop Down Menu in the "New Giveaway"-Window...

That's because they've been given away for free in mass, and you can't give away free games on SG.

They get removed from the GA list to prevent it.

Beta keys, guest passes, coupons, and free games should not be given away.
