Chances are you just have to wait a day tops and you'll walk away with a free game in addition to the one you bought. What's there to complain about? :p

I checked my credit card and there's no payment there.

They continue to make catastrophic mistakes and inconvenience their customers. I'm looking forward to seeing how they try to fix this one. Hopefully their customer service won't be as horrible as it usually is.
