Not bundled games and real cv

I think if you gave away a game and it was gifted before its addiction to the bundle list it doesnt count as bundled, of course.

Be aware, sometimes the bundle list updates and changes CVs retroactively.

If you buy a non bundled game and give it away, you will get full CV. If the game is in a bundle later on, you will keep your CV.
If you buy a non bundled game that is on a high discount it may get bundled, if it is more than 95% anywhere else compared to the US price.
In both cases the bundled status might be applied retroactiely, as only 1 person is working on the bundle list and might miss something.

Edit: If you want to be on the safe side, check isthereanydeal or steamdb for lowest prices on record. If there is no discount above 90% on record, the game is not on the bundle list and is in no recent bundle it should stay non bundled for you.

If you check the list of bundled games you will see a date next to each game. If you created a giveaway prior to that date, you got full CV. If you created it after that date, only 15% of its value. It is that simple.
