I was actually just given another slot from support which fixed my issue
also I can always hope >_< although index may have a s3 and theirs a chance ww3 is going be adapted.

I'm sure it's frustrating that the spot is being wasted, but it's not the end of the world, the site isn't going anywhere and you'll get your spots back soon enough. Whether it's a valid blacklist reason is totally your own opinion, I personally wouldn't consider 24 hours enough to warrant blacklisting even if he's definitely activated the game. He could literally have just forgotten. But then you could also say he just won a giveaway of yours and doesn't deserve a second so why not blacklist him anyway for shits and giggles? But really no, I'd say just leave him be for now.
Have you tried actually adding him on Steam and asking him directly seeing as comments are disabled on his profile? Or email, you can see his email under the winners page.

I actually was trying to enter a group that required a GA as a entry and after being accepted awhile ago was getting concerned I wouldn't make the requirements >_<
now that I've gotten another slot I'm safe and no longer really care

If you see it activated and are impatient, you can just send a request received feedback ticket and select the reason of already activated. Link the winner's profile filtered to show the game there, and you are set.

The system is configured so that you can only make a "request received feedback" ticket after a week has passed from the end of the giveaway. It wouldn't help OP in this case.

If they aren't suspended for long then just... wait and see if they mark it on their own once they come back. If the suspension is over a week then take screenshot of the game in their library and create a support ticket to ask for them to mark as received.

its been 24 hrs...for a 1 hour GA...they activated it awhile ago but never marked as revived...I think this is a valid Blacklist reason...
or I'm just overeating cause I've been waiting to make a new GA and can't instill a spot free's up :/
