Why D-Rank ? I was Level 2 ?

I dont understand the reason i became a d-rank here ? Was Level 2 ? What happened ?

Tyranny Portait pack got added to the bundle list -> 4$ into 0.60$
Gems of War - Demon Hunter Bundle as well - 10$ into 1,5
Likely these two were the reason for it (it's not impossible that 80 days was also missing from the bundle list)
