Aren't these multi use?

Basically the same as giving a Humble Bundle link which is not allowed.

No, they should be one use per key and tie to your topware account.

I do not have a Topware account, entered the code, received links.

Opened a private browsing in Chrome, went to the site again, still no account and it gave me the links again.
