"One Legend of Zelda fan has created a LEGO map of Hyrule to celebrate "of the best games on the original NES."

The map, which is 30 inches tall and 86 inches wide, recreates the world of Hyrule from the original Legend of Zelda action-adventure game using "25,000 [LEGO] bricks, 2,779 trees, 493 enemies." A YouTube video walks viewers through the various locations on the map with sound effects and the iconic score from the game playing in the background.

Directed by Shigeru Miyamoto and designed by Takashi Tezuka, The Legend of Zelda (originally released as The Hyrule Fantasy: Zelda no Densetsu in Japan) debuted in 1986, serving as the foundation for one of gaming culture's most popular and influential franchises. The overarching story follows the many incarnations of the hero Link, the magical Princess Zelda and the evil demon king Ganon.

Since the release of the first game, there have been 19 mainline entries across several major game consoles and a multitude of spinoffs. There have also been numerous adaptations in other mediums, including an animated TV series in 1989, several manga series and a wealth of fanmade Zelda content."

Indeed. And/or a reminder that we must have goals in our life.
I have some minor projects but I barely finish any.

Hm. I'm a big fan of both Lego and Legend of Zelda, but that does nor really do it for me... I've never really liked the stuff that's essentially just a mosaic. Sure, this map has a bit of depth and uses pieced bigger then 1x1 in some places but essentially it's almost a mosaic.
But then again, I'm just a "build sets following the instructions" kind of guy with 0 creativity so i definitely could not do any better...

The map has some work there and it seems it's a walkthrough at the same time!

I would like to know how did he create the video.
