I'll use the web store on my NZ account and check that stuff for you.
Edit - No freebies, just something weird on your end I guess. Both are PAL stores and would have the same price errors.

Thanks! I guess I'll email their Support. It's weird that they have 2 packages for the same thing (levels and addon). Maybe this is what causes me problems.

Hello guys!
First of all, yes I know that this is Steam Gifts and not Playstation Gifts, but I know that this is a helpful community. So recently I started using my PSV again, and I had to delete some games to make space for movies, because I was facing a long train trip. After I watched the movies I tried to download Escape Plan again, and I encountered several weird things. First: the base game became free, not PS+ free, but free for everyone, because it wanted me to "buy" it again. I was confused, but downloaded the game. However in the extra levels all 3 DLC needed unlock from PS Store, which was weird since I bought them all. So I went back to the Store, and found out, that it wants me to rebuy The Asylum and The Underground for 3.19£ each. And apparently it thinks that I don't own the Complete Pack either. I did buy all DLCs and now The Director's Cut shows up as free too. Can somebody search for this in their PSN account? Is this only happening with me, or with every owner? And what can I do to solve this? I have UK psn btw.
