Our SR3 is cut, basically it's only that we can't use the "normal citizens" in SR3 (non-police) as human shields or use certain actions which are considered violent.
Dead Island is not available at all in Germany due to its violence.

SR3 is cut in Germany, yes, but you can activate ROW keys. I only bought the story DLCs.
Oh, and ofc I didn't mean to offend you by mentioning, I just hate the situation (censorship, publishers not even trying, resellers not informing correctly). SteamDB is the only reliable source here.

As goes for Dead Island, works here too... dunno how I obtained it, if gift or key, but they could probably work both. Only thing annoying is that I can't upgrade my version due to obvious reasons... meh, game plays the same anyway :s.
