Faragona's Challenge (Yes, this is a puzzle)

Tomorrow is my birthday. Yeah!

To celebrate this wonderful moment, here I got a challenge up for you to face. If you've ever played Godtower, you will be familiar with it. If you haven't, worry not, this challenge is far more simple (or is it) and easier to play (really?).

The challenge is actually one of my old old old project, from 4 years ago, but I recently dug it up and gave it a better touch, and translated it fully into English. For the purpose of celebrating my birthday, each stage of the challenge that you solve, there will be a link to a giveaway. Currently there are 7 stages, but I can only make 5 giveaways (and 1 used) so now there are 4 giveaways for you to grab, and will be more after I ask support to allow me to make more. All bundled one, unfortunately, except for the last giveaway (for final stage), which will be a non-bundled one.

Everything start now, but the giveaways will not start until Apr 15th 0:00 GMT+7. And it will end on Apr 30th 23:55 GMT+7.

Rules:

  • You CAN play as a team of at most two people. But for your team to be eligible, you must comment here your partner's name, and his/her must confirm also in this thread.
  • No hints or guide are allowed, anywhere, even off site.
  • Failed to follow the rules above and you will be in my blacklist, for all of my giveaway from now on.
  • CV requirement are $30.01 - $20 - $15 - $10, then the rest are $0. This is for encouragement.

Wow, this is a challenge indeed! I've made a lot of the connections for Stage 1.1 but have yet to find the magic word.

I live in the US and have quite a bit of SG puzzle experience; I am looking for a partner in the same country with a similar level of experience.

Question for you, Faragona: The stages require a keyword in order to advance - is it always a single word or could it also be multiple words?

They are usually single words, but some have more than one possible answer, including compound words :)

You need some knowledge about ciphering to solve that stage. I suggest you search online some articles about basic ciphering ;)

I managed to go to stage 6 (I think i'm first). I'll try it tomorrow.
First stage was very hard, the others quite easy.

Yeah, stage 1 was the original idea, so it is better than the following "forced to make" riddles. I am planing to redo the whole thing, make it a world treasure hunt, perhaps? :-?

If you are interested, I will complete some other stages, but the rest were done originally in Vietnamese so they are not usable for English. I think I'll try to create some more.
