serious question: why do people care about blacklists so much? It seems statistically inconsequential to have a few people blacklist you in terms of decreasing your chance at winning giveaways. I think we should stop caring so much about blacklists, everyone has their reasons to do it, and it's just a fact of life that not everyone likes everyone else.

I think it's rather ironic how a discussion roughly titled "People are blatant assholes" only serves to further point out how much of a despicible, ungrateful asshole OP is. And I thought I was an asshole for not seeing the value of making friends and not posting in the discussions like a seclusive person.

Future reference: Next time you notice someone has blacklisted you, as I imagine quite a few number of people have done so by this point, it would be better for you to add them directly to ask why. Creating a thread like this does nothing to better the community here or get you on anyone's good side. It just spews negativity everywhere.

This website is for people to give away games and receive games for free. How are we supposed to do that when people blacklist because we haven't given up our fucking life savings just to make a couple people happy? The leveling system is busted. Say a game is 10 dollars on steam. I buy it on G2A or some website at 99% discount. I payed a dime, I give the game away, I get 10 whole dollars of CV towards my next level. If I buy the game for 99% off on a Steam Sale, I get 10 CENTS of CV. It's bullshit. It was somebody's cakeday the other day and they were giving away some games to celebrate. Guess who couldn't enter! I was blacklisted and I have no way of knowing why or when. I spend most of my money buying games for ME because I want to have a wide range of games to play when I want to. If I have some money leftover, I do a giveaway or two. Almost everybody on this website is the same way. And I'M the one who gets blacklisted? Fuck you guys, you know who you are.
EDIT: Blacklist me, I don't really care anymore, I made this post to vent. Sorry for the inconvenience.
