This month I'm going to England and I'll not take my computer, but I need something to play in the airplane. Tell me good java/symbian games that works on my Nokia N85(I know it's quite oldie but I can't use touchscreen, and I'm loving it!)

oh and tell me a way to crack my phone(if it's allowed in this forum, not sure if is or not) because I want also n-gage but there is not supported anymore.

Thanks in advance :D

  1. Install vbag
  2. Download Game Boy Advance ROMs
  3. Put them on your phone.
  4. Profit!

Symbian OS is not supported anymore by a single phone manufacturer but I suppose shops are still willing to dump them on unsuspecting customers.

Well I have the perfect game (java) to recommend you, IF it works on your phone (I have a N95 and runs great, awesome timekiller haha)
if you like puzzle/logic then you'd dig this one, search "BLASTBOX" it's like tetris but WAY more complex; bricks of diff colors, bombs, wood and fire. Do the math!
I also have Collapse, Battleships 2, Billard Girls (dont ask!), Super Puzzle Bubble (yes, the very same!), Tetris, (and had StreetPuzzle figther but deleted bacause it didn't work well with rotating screen. All these are java, you also could use the ones for Nokia games, don't remember how it's called, EA games, cars, tetris, fifa, etc
Old phones.. maybe these will last more than the cheap plastic ones from today XD hahaha

I think I have it around, let me check back and I'll edit this message.

hey good news: googled "blastbox" and the very first result might work. link

LOL I still got a symbian phone - SE: Vivaz pro. I feel like I'm living in ancient times because of quad core HD phones and shit that people own nowadays.

when i had a n95 (S60v3) back in the day, i used to get all of my java games and symbian games from "the symbian games forum", "mobile9", "mobile88", "mobile1", "ipmart-forum" and a lot of other websites that i don't remember their name lol
about N-Gage, there is a tutorial somewhere on ipmart that explains how to get all the N-Gage games running on a cracked version of N-Gage (files provided)
as far as i remember the N85 was an S60v3 symbian too, so you can check out for N95 games and they will also work on your N85.
heres a link to the S60v3 section of ipmart: http://www.ipmart-forum.com/forumdisplay.php?374-Symbian-S60-v3-Applications
damn symbian, nostalgia....
